  29. To be plug and play it has to detect the modem, have an .inf file
  30. relating to it, and install it for you, like my old Motorola.  You
  31. don't manually detect the modem, you manually install the driver for
  32. it, which should be done for you, so its not plug and play.. the box
  33. lies.
